Manslaughter?

what is the difference between vehicler homicide and manslaughter
Answers:
vehicular homicide is manslaughter. The difference is between manslaughter and murder. Homicide means the deceased died by someone other than them selves. How ever in NC and a few other states if you kill someone while driving drunk it is murder. Because the law states that if someone is killed in the course of a crime then the perpurtrator is guilty of murder.
intending to kill or reckless disregard for safety.
Manslaught is doing some thing wrong that leads to someone dying - doing donuts in the street while someone is crossing the road and you hit them that's manslaughter.

Homicide is when you purposely hit someone with the express meaning to kill them.

Manslaughter - Accidental
Homicide - Pre-meditated.
In vehicular manslaughter the driver does not intend to kill someone but does because of negligence, or drunkenness.

Manslaughter has two types. Voluntary and involuntary. Voluntary is when, for instance, a man comes home to find his wife cheating on him, and kills his wife and her lover. Involuntary would be something due to negligence.
