on monday a 17 year old walked into a market and placed his items on the counter, he apparently startled the owner/clerk behind the counter who was counting money at the time. owner pulled out a pistol and shot dead this 17 y.o.. what should happen to the clerk? murder,accidental shooting,invoulantary manslaughter,,, do you still believe an eye for an eye??
Answers:
I would say that he should count his $ elsewhere if he is that concerned about being robbed. What ever the law calls for is what he should get.
